Our new mixed-fabric Frankie dress will be sure to become a quick favorite in its contemporary and chic design! Frankie is designed with a velvet strapless top that offers more support with thin tulle spaghetti straps that snap on and off from the inside of the dress. It is finished off with a full-tiered ruffled skirt and slit.
